Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order within 15 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period ends 15 days after the day you received the goods (or when a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, received them).

Refunds

• We will reimburse you within 15 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original order.

• You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• Items must be in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom or personalized goods.

• Goods that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiry date.

• Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons.

• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
